Privacy Policy
GPHR Magento extensions · Last updated 25 October 2026
This policy explains how GPHR ("we") handles personal data in connection with our Magento extensions,
including PrintNode Auto-Print for Magento 2 (gphr/module-print-node), and when you
contact us for support.
1. Data the extension processes
The extension runs entirely inside your own Magento installation. To print documents it:
- generates PDFs of orders, invoices, shipments and credit memos, which can include your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and purchased items;
- sends those PDFs to PrintNode, the cloud printing service you connect with your own PrintNode API key, so they can be printed on your printers;
- stores a print job log in your Magento database (document number, printer, status, errors) and your PrintNode API key in encrypted form.
The extension does not send any data to GPHR. It contains no analytics, tracking or "phone home" code. As the store operator you are the data controller for your customers' data; PrintNode acts as your processor under its own terms and privacy policy.
2. Data we receive directly
We only receive personal data that you choose to send us, for example when you email us for support (your name, email address, store URL and any details or files you include). Purchase and licence data is handled by the Adobe Commerce Marketplace under Adobe's privacy policy.
3. How we use it
We use support data only to answer your request, provide updates and keep records of support provided. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
4. Retention
Support correspondence is kept for up to 3 years after your last contact, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Print job logs in your Magento installation are under your control and can be deleted by you at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and India's DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email us to make a request; we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Security
The extension stores your PrintNode API key encrypted with Magento's encryption key and communicates with PrintNode over HTTPS. Support data is kept in access-controlled email accounts.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
